How to Appy Business PAN Card or Shop PAN Card online.
Introduction: PAN Card is a documents which is Provided by Income Tax Department for Tax Filling and others Financial transaction. To obtain a Business PAN (Permanent Account Number) Card in India, you will need to submit certain documents to the Income Tax Department.
There is two company in India who is authorised to issue PAN card
- NSDL
- UTIITSL
Above these two company are maintain all data base and issue PAN Card.
Documents Required for Issue of PAN Card
For Indian Citizen
PAN Application Form: Fill out the PAN application form specifically designed for business entities. This form is known as Form 49B.
Identity Proof: Submit a copy of any of the following identity proofs:
- Certificate of Incorporation (for companies)
- Partnership Deed (for partnership firms)
- Registration Certificate (for LLPs)
- Trust Deed (for trusts)
- Registration certificate issued by the relevant authority (for other entities)

Address Proof: Provide a copy of any of the following address proofs:
- Company’s registered office address proof (e.g., utility bill, property tax receipt)
- Partnership firm’s principal place of business address proof
- LLP’s registered office address proof
- Trust’s registered office address proof
- Address proof of the principal place of business (for other entities)
- Proof of Date of Incorporation/Formation: Submit a copy of the document that proves the date of incorporation or formation of your business entity. This could be the Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership Deed, Registration Certificate, or Trust Deed, as applicable.
- Identity Proof of Authorized Signatories: Provide identity proof of the authorized signatories of your business entity. This could be a copy of their PAN card, Aadhaar card, passport, or voter ID.
- Address Proof of Authorized Signatories: Submit address proof of the authorized signatories. This can be a copy of their passport, driving license, Aadhaar card, or voter ID.
Proof of Office Address: If your business entity has a registered office, you need to provide a proof of office address.Â
This can be a copy of the electricity bill, telephone bill, water bill, property tax receipt, or lease agreement.
Proof of Principal Place of Business: If your business entity has a principal place of business, you must provide a proof of its address. This can be a copy of the electricity bill, telephone bill, water bill, property tax receipt, or lease agreement.

Copy of the Partnership Deed: If your business entity is a partnership firm, you need to submit a copy of the partnership deed.

Trust Deed: If your business entity is a trust, you must provide a copy of the trust deed.

Certificate of Registration: If your business entity is an LLP (Limited Liability Partnership), you need to submit a copy of the certificate of registration issued by the Registrar of Companies.

Photographs: Affix two recent color photographs of the authorized signatories on the PAN application form.

Payment: Pay the applicable fee for processing the PAN application. The fee can be paid online or through demand draft.
